Europa Forum

The minutes of the 55th Europa Forum which took place in Tampere, Finland, on 17th to 19th September 2009, can now be downloaded from the Host Committee website.

The 56th Europa Forum will take place in Bologna, Italy, on 4th to 6th November 2010. The Theme of the Forum will be “Lions, the Leaders for Humanitarian and European Citizenship”.

The city of Bologna will welcome you with its usual hospitality. Not only does it have the oldest University in the world but it boasts a thousand year-old culture, full of history and ancient memories, just waiting to be rediscovered.

It also has modern points of interest including an advanced convention centre, the Palazzo dei Congressi, where the Forum is to be held.

Bologna can be easily reached from all major European cities, as a hub for air-highway routes.

Registration fees prior to 31st May 2010 for Lions/Lioness members is 200€, Leos 50€ (84€) and accompanying persons 140€. After 31st May 2010 the delegate and accompanying persons fee increases by €20. The delegate registration fee includes the cost for:

  • The Get-together Party (4th November);
  • The Opening and Closing Ceremonies (4/6th November);
  • The possibility of listening to the music competition finalists;
  • The possibility of listening to the Young Ambassador finalists;
  • The supply of earphones with simultaneous translations;
  • Access pass to the Agora and Workshop sessions.
