LCIF Philippines, Samoa & Indonesia Disaster Appeals
LCIF is working with local Lions to respond to Typhoon Ketsana, the devestating typhoon that ravaged the Philippines on September 26th; to respond to the massive tsunami that hit Samoa around dawn on September 29th; and in Indonesia following the earthquake.
Lions around the world can help by donating to the designated fund established for these disasters. Clubs within MD105 wishing to donate to the LCIF Philippine Typhoon; Samoa Tsunami; and Indonesia earthquake Appeals should send cheques to their District Treasuer or District Charities Treasurer endorsed "Philippines Typhoon"; "Samoa Tsuname"; and "Indonesia Earthquake" on the back of their cheques.
