Artists must be 11, 12 or 13 years of age on November 15^th 2008
Eligible birth dates are November 16^th 1995 through to November 15^th 1997
No words in any language may be used on the poster
No photographs
No attachments
SIZE IS IMPORTANT: try standard size A2
Minimum 33cms * 50cms
Maximum 50cms * 60cms
Postmark deadline for sending entries to the District contest is 15^th November 2008
